We cannot fault the patience, care and respect Julia had for our decision to sell and leave a beloved family home. Her professionalism and impeccable service is second to none. We were living abroad during much of the sale process. This might have been an impediment but Julia kept in touch regularly and made no decision without consulting us fully at every stage. At all times, she had our total interests at heart.

Trust and respect are rare commodities today but we can truly say that we completely trust Julia to do her best for us. Whenever I thanked her for going to some lengths to arrange a contractor for work to be done, check on the house in torrential weather, travel distances to meet a prospective purchaser, dealing with nosy neighbours or holding our hands during the market downturn, she would simply say, " This is my job". I know that many agents certainly don't do this. She goes well beyond the call of duty for her clients because that is who she is.
